VOIP – Why Need it?

A better question would be, why WOULD NOT you want VOIP service.  Really now, you save tons of money with VOIP service and you have nothing to lose but to gain a lot.  Let me share with you a few things that will help you decide if VOIP is right for you or not.
First and foremost reason is that it saves you money.  Saves you money how?  VOIP gives you the option of having hassle free service, no downtimes, and exceptional service like no other.  Saving money is what everyone tries to do, and for your phone service, VOIP is just the right thing for you.
Second reason is that there are many types of VOIP solutions out there and one that MOST people choose is Hosted PBX (aka Virtual PBX).   Hosted PBX allowed you to have NON-equipment option to where you don’t need to install anything; the VOIP provider does everything for you.
Third reason would be that all of the VOIP software that you may need to go from Phone-to-PC service and what not, it is available for FREE to download.  You might want to contact your service provider, as they will provide you with the software beforehand.  If not, ask them where you can download it.
All you need to have is an active Internet connection to get your VOIP service to work.  If you don’t have an Internet connection, VOIP isn’t for you.  You can rather buy an Internet connection and then get VOIP service.
Fourth and final reason is that your service providers Technical Support SHOULD be available to your 24/7/365 for you to take your business to a new level and to ensure that you get the promised level of service that you are paying for.  Don’t go after a company, which has turnaround time of 2-4 hours and that stuff.  They should have Representatives available for you to call and get support from.
